In the UK and Ireland, in addition to direct staff, we work with Sales Agents, usually on a commission basis, and who are given a geographical or sectorial territory. Independent Sales Agents who have good contacts with lighting Specifiers in specific regions, or who are selling in related areas (such as Warehousing or Harbours/Ports etc) are the most relevant.
