For Industrial High Bay lighting above 10m height, specialised IL Series High Bays are required. This would often include large Factories, Aircraft Hangars and Power Stations.
This robust industrial High Bay light was installed at the ERF (Energy Recovery Facility) Plant at Battlefield, Shrewsbury and also at Fore Ashes, Staffordshire. Operator by Veolia, the lighting is typically mounted between 15m and 30m high. Usually in 1000w Metal Halide version or 560w LED, these fittings minimise installation costs, maintenance and relamping. Because of the heavy duty construction of these Luminaires, they are particularly suited towards tough industrial high bay lighting environments.
The Robust IL Series High Bay has die cast IP65 construction, 6mm tempered glass lenses, and an adjustable reflector systems which can be aimed on site (without opening the Luminaire). This is so the light can be focused into a wide or narrow beam to suit the lighting requirements below.
The High Bay lighting in Louisiana Pacific’s industrial facility (photo above) is mounted up to 30m high and in 1000w version to minimise installation costs, as well as maintenance and relamping. Because of the heavy duty construction of these Luminaires, they are particularly suited towards tough industrial high bay lighting environments.
Warrington Power Station was recently supplied with IL Series luminaires suitable for 400V/415V supply. Usually we supply 50 Hertz 230V/240V equipment as standard, but on request we can offer most of our luminaires in either 60 Hertz version or 380V/400V/415V version.
The fitting has also been widely used on other Industrial high bay lighting projects such as Aircraft Hangars, Swimming Pools, etc.
