Internal Car park lighting

Cala is an award winning Developer of Premium Housing in Scotland, the Midlands and the South East of England.

For the Internal Car park lighting at the new Hilton Place development in Aberdeen, Scotland, a low profile round architectural Luminaire was required.  At the same time, the internal Car park Lighting needed to have good functionality in order to provide high illumination levels with the minimum number of light fittings (and minimum clutter).  The solution was the Parkdisc Luminaire, with its low profile 111mm depth.

Equipped with Compact Fluorescent Lamps, these car park fittings can be connected to Occupancy Sensors for automatic switching off when the carpark is empty, to provide maximum energy savings.    VeeLite also offer LED Luminaires  for Basement car parks and Multi-storey car parks, which provide similar or greater energy savings, but the Parkdisc solution provides quicker payback in most installations.  Our LED Luminaires for Internal car park lighting are available in both linear or round versions.  We can also offer different paint (RAL) finishes to the Luminaires, so that the Luminaires on different levels of the car park are colour coded.

Emergency lighting can be contained within these Luminaires and typically 20% of fittings are emergency version.  VeeLite provides a design service to advise customers where to locate Luminaires for best results.
