The existing lighting at Ardkeen Shopping Centre in Waterford was supplied by VeeLite in 1998. Twenty two years later, it was still in good operational order but the decision was made to upgrade it to LED technology. The lighting upgrade shown below is the LED version. In external appearance, the lighting looks the same as the previous lighting, but the new lighting provides crisp white colour lighting, saves typically 50% on energy bills and requires less maintenance and no relamping.
The Facade of the Store is illuminated with LED Floodlights supplied by VeeLite. These are installed under the Canopy and the light is directed downwards.
